Terms

All online orders must be paid by cashiers check, credit card or personal check. Personal checks require a ten day waiting period for check to clear. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover VIA Pay-Pal.

Sales Tax

Ohio and Kentucky residents must pay applicable sales tax.

Shipping

UPS and Fed-Ex can not ship to PO Boxes. A street address is required or your order will be delayed.
All items may not be available at all times.
All in-stock orders will be shipped within 2 working days.
Any backorders will be shipped as the products become available.

Transportation Claims

Liner Specialist`s responsibility ends when an order is turned over to a common carrier.
All claims for loss or damage must be filed with the carrier by the purchaser.
It is your responsibility to check all shipments before signing the delivery receipt.
If you give the carrier a clear receipt for goods that have been damaged in transit, you do so at your own risk.
File all claims with carrier immediately and ask the driver to mark the delivery receipt with any damage or shortage information.
If concealed loss or damage is discovered, you must notify Liner Specialists and the carrier who shipped the goods, immediately. It is also required that you do not discard the shipping carton or container. No concealed damage claim will be allowed for any goods not at the customer's location.

Returned Merchandise

All returns must be authorized by Liner Specialist and must be issued a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA#) before shipping to us. Email us to get RMA#.
ANY merchandise returned to Liner Specialist without an RGA# will result in the shipment being refused.
All returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
All special order goods are subject to a restocking fee in the amount of the DEALERS COST. (a copy of documentation will be provided and mailed with credit refund)
Returned goods must be shipped prepaid.
C.O.D. shipments will be refused.

Warranties

Liner Specialist assumes no responsibility for damages caused by the misuse, mistreatment, or abuse of products.
All products are guaranteed only to the extent of the manufacturer's guarantees. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are given, by Liner Specialist.

Safety Information

The customer shall install all safety warning labels on products in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended instructions.

Product Liability

The customer acknowledges that some goods purchased from Liner Specialist can cause property damage and/or personal injury if the goods are not properly sized, handled, installed, maintained or used.
The customer shall be obligated to indemnify and hold Liner Specialist harmless from any and all claims, loss or liability arising out of or connected with goods that have been inadequately sized, handled, installed, maintained or used.

Liner Specialist reserves the right to invoice at prices in effect at the time of shipment and to correct any typographical errors.
